PC will turn on briefly and then turns off. Repeats until manually turned off

So recently my computer will not even turn on. It will turn on briefly and then turn off and it will keep on doing this until I manually turn it off. I have unplugged almost everything in the PC and it still wont work. All of the fans except for the CPU fan are unplugged. HDD is unplugged. 1 stick of RAM is in. The only things that have power are the MOBO and the CPU and the RAM and the CPU fan and it still will not work. The day it started it would randomly reboot. It worked perfectly fine for about 1 month and then it just stopped working. I never touched the inside during that month. Please help!

CX750M PSU
i7 4770K
2 GTX 660
16GB Crucial Ballistix Ram
GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD3H LGA 1150 Intel Z87 MoBo
2TB HDD

I would venture a problematic PSU here. What is the make and model of your PSU? I'm thinking complete build specs may help here too

The PSU isnt the problem. I went in and got another one and still having the same problem.

Do you get to the Windows splash screen or does it restart before that. Have you tried watching the debug led to see what the last number listed is before restart, that may help
