Time to replace HDD?

Ive been having an issue with my HDD storage drive, random freezing when accessing files on it and just generally slow performance.

HD Tune:

Ive tried all SATA slots on my motherboard, different wires (both sata 3 and 2), removing overlclocks etc
Time to replace drive?

Ive bought a new drive, 1tb WD green.

I started to get a new error from windows 8.1 saying backup and replace the drive and I was also getting this new error from HD tune:
