Will I Be Able to OC & Would My System Bottleneck?

So I have put together this pc parts list (which I most likely will end up buying) and I was wondering can I oc with this motherboard and will the gpu bottleneck the cpu. Btw I know you should even think of oc with the stock cooler, but could I get this from 3.4ghz to 3.5ghz? I dont really plan on oc right now but later on I will. Any problems you think I run into with this build? such as not enough power? The fact that the mobo has pci e 2.0 and the card has pci e 3.0?

For overclocking, I would change two things on your build.

First thing get a decent HSF like the cooler master hyper 212+/evo, something similar, or better.

Secondly get a motherboard that is meant for overclocking, by that I mean one with a large VRM and a decent heatsink on top of it.

Other than that it looks like a solid budget build.

Can I oc the cpu just 3.5ghz?
And if I can will it be a noticable difference.

Yes you should be able to, but it wouldn't make much of a difference in performance. I'd still highly recommend getting a better board so in the future you have the option to add a nice HSF and overclock farther than .1Ghz.

How about this Motherboard:

Pros:
VRM heatsink
Newer chipset
cheaper than current option after rebate ($5 more without rebate)

That would depend on the game, resolution, and detail settings. For most games at 1080p you should be just fine. Tom's rates it as the best gaming cpu for that price range.

Here are a few threads to reference in regards to bottlenecks with that CPU:
