This is my motherboard:
M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3

Another question:
Is 630 watts good enough for my PC?

AMD Phenom II X4 970 3.50GHz
Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz 2GB

Solution
It might, but if it were me I would upgrade the psu. Two 7870's need ~350w. Your psu has 2 12v rails, each of which is supposed to supply 22a (~265w each).

If the raidmax is 80% efficient, you would have roughly 212w per rail available. Each card needs 175w. When you add in the power requirements of your other hardware, I personally think you would be past the limit of the psu.

What you really need is a good, solid psu from Corsair TX, Antec, Season or XFX that is a single 12v rail with at least 50-55a available.
