I have just built my first system. I want to play Battlefield 4 more than anything but I will also play other games and do Office work.

CM Storm Stryker
i5 4670k
Hyper 212 EVO
ASUS Z87-A
Corsair Vengeance LP (2x4)
Corsair AX760
WD Green 2TB HDD
Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
LG Blu-ray
Windows 8.1

It is currently Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, and I think I have narrowed it down to 3 choices.

Microcenter is offering:

ASUS 760 - $250
EVGA 770 - $340

Best Buy is offering:

XFX R9 270x - $210

The XFX card from Best Buy comes with Battlefield 4 digital download and a Warpad.

I really want to play BF4 on my 1080p 110" projector. I also have 3 monitors in 1600x900 that I would like to try connecting eventually. I understand I would need to SLI/Crossfire, so which one is best for future SLI/Crossfire? I also think AMD would be better with all the new exclusive features but I've also heard nVidia is better for overall performance.

I just wanted some opinions on which card has the best price/performance. I am not worried about money so much but these deals looked good. I am open to any opinions on any cards besides the three I mentioned as well. Any good deals out there anyone else has found?

Solution
for battlefield 4 no they will both play the game at ultra settings and you a get a cheaper card with a free game i would go with the r9 270x

all of the cards you mentioned above will play the game flawlessly and i recommend all of them go for what your budget allows you as for the crossfire/sli both have their ups and downs but sli seems to be better as nvidias driver support is very good.

So 270x then? It's the cheapest and I get the game for free. I just don't want there to be a serious lack of performance because I was too cheap to spend another 50-100 for a better card
