Hey guys, I have searched high and low and have found good facts about intel and amd. I think I know the answer to my question but i am still not sure.

I am building my computer, this is my 2nd personal build I have done by myself and I never went intel in my last rig.

I love to stream and I know 8 cores will be good, but is the i5 Better if not the same as the FX 8 core amd's?

I have not OC yet, and I wanted to do it this build so any information on which CPU/Brand could help.

If I have to wait another two weeks to a month to have the perfect system I will. Also if you want to try to pich me about i7 I will listen I just don't want to spend pointless money.

I am looking for no lag while streaming, high-ultra 1080p.

Thank you

The best approach to streaming games to sites like twitch.tv, is to have two separate PCs - a gaming PC and a streaming rig - the main gaming PC can run a CPU that can handle the game, while the streaming rig handles all of the load for streaming -

^That's such an expensive solution to it though. They can stream decently at at least 30FPS in 720P/1080P with high settings. Check the youtube link I posted.

Although that probably is the BEST solution. But not for your wallet

Wow, these are all great solutions. This is my first time asking on this thread. It seems to have a great community, with quick responses. I don't know if a best solution is going to be easy -_-

Yea, an entire extra computer is beyond my price range, but I didn't even think of getting a separate computer to dedicate streaming. Would a capture card be any better and cost a lot less?
