Hi I previously had a version of windows 7 64 bit on my MSI GT70 ONE laptop with 32 gig of dedicated ram. I recently installed windows 8.1 with a clean install and my system specs now show I only have 16 gig or ram (15.9 usable). What should I do? Any advice would be much appreciated

Take a look in MSCONFIG > BOOT > ADVANCED and see if the Max Memory is checked and set to 16
