Is 7660d built in CPU what if i want to replace my GPU???

Hi i heard that the 7660D is built into its CPU is that true?
If it is if i want to replace my GPU does that mean i also need to replace my CPU? and or how do i unequip the GPU from the CPU

It is integrated and you can't seperate them. If you want another GPU, then just add a dedicated card. I have Integrated graphics, but am running a GTX 680 card.
