I have an HP Envy 700-010 AMD A10 Elite Quad-Core, what do i need to upgrade (cheap way) so i can play Battlefield 4 on ultra?

Solution
You would need a new motherboard to support the 6350 chip.Different socket.
I believe the best you motherboard will support is the Athlon 750. Which is what you have without the integrated graphics.

Your best option with your existing computer would probably be an R9-280 or AMD7870- 7950 video card and a good guality 500watt power supply.
You would get high settings on single player and slightly lower on multiplayer.

no im just looking at getting new specs, so is that the cheapest way? Would it be possible to use the R9 270x with my computer? If so what type of power supply would be good with that?

In your original post you ask what was needed to play at ultra settings. That is the answer you received.
Adding a R9 270 will get you medium to high settings on the single player.
And lower on the multiplayer.
BF4 needs a fast (true) quad core for good multiplayer gameplay. And an high end video card for ultra settings.
