Intel core i7 2600k @ 4.3GHz my way of getting a stable overclock. Is it safe?

Motherboard's vCore 1.310
Idle (MIN): 26C, 27C, 28C, 27C 29C (Package)
Idle (MAX): 30, 30, 31, 30, 31 (Package)

Prime95:
Load TEMP SMALL FFTS (MIN): 54C, 58C, 59C, 57C, 59C (PACKAGE)
Load TEMP SMALL FFTS (MAX): 60C, 65C, 67C, 63C, 67C (PACKAGE)

Test SMALL FFTS:
1.336 V - At the begging of test
1.328 V - After about 10 seconds of testing it jumps from 1.336V -> 1.328V then drops lower
1.320V -> 1.328V - After 1 minute of testing

After 6 Minutes of testing:
1.320V -> 1.312V (switches from 1.320V to 1.312V once every 10 seconds)

CPU VCORE (MAX): 1.336V
CPU VCORE (MIN): 1.312V
CPU VCORE (15 minutes in test): 1.312V -> 1.320V

Setting the vCore is a pain in the ass on the Asus P8Z68-V LE plain and simple. You have to toy with the voltage again and again until I finally got it to say 1.310V!

Strangly even though it's set to 1.310V this board likes to choose its own settings which is why I still get 1.336 V while testing (at first) then 98% of the test it'll go between 1.312V -> 1.320V

20 Minutes in (so far so good):
Core #0: 60C
Core #1: 65C
Core #2: 67C
Core #3: 63C
Package: 67C

Voltage doesn't seem to drop any lower than 1.312V during testing and doesn't exceed 1.336v of course 1.336v is only at the start of the test. I ran this test for a good 3 hours without exceeding 67C on the Corsair Hydro Series H80i.

Sometimes when installing an application the vCore will go all the way to 1.386V but only for a second then it drops way down to like 1.3V maybe less. It just sometimes gets spikes of power which it doesn't need but I don't see the problem with that since some people ram it above 1.4V 24/7. I have yet to see it exceed that and even if It did I don't think it'd matter because it only goes to that voltage for a second and drops to 1.3v again.

Currently the vCore (while testing) is 1.320V and sometimes it goes to 1.312V but never lower. I know the voltage may seem a little high for 4.3GHz but you have to understand overclocking on this board is not a walk through the park. It took like 3 hours of my time in the bios to finally get the vcore to say 1.310v without it picking its own setting.

Current Temps:
Core 0 55C
Core 1 59C
Core 2 61C
Core 3: 58C
Package: 60C
I guess it got lower because of the air conditioner?

Do you think it's safe to run my PC like this? I'm still running the stress testing software. It's been 3 hours so far I'd like to run it for another 2 hours.
Still stressing the CPU until I hit the 8 hour mark

1.38 is too high for my taste, but many people are fine with it.

Do you have load line calibration and if so 2 here is it set?

Yeah I have load line calibration but set to enabled is a mistake. vcore goes to 1.44V and ignores the - sign. So I keep that disabled

Also, it only goes to 1.38V for like 1 second (and this only happens like once every 30 minutes) and goes back to 1.3V it's like a spike of power or smth

That's your only option....on or off?

Auto
Enabled
Disabled

Edit: Changed vcore to 1.300V should remain stable @ 4.3GHz and shouldn't reach spikes of 1.386V.
1.288V stayed stable for 1.5h under prime95 so i nudged it down to 1.304v will stress it tomorrow to see if it's stable. It only reaches 1.368 max which is still a bit high but safer than 1.386 imo. Unfortunately, that's the best you can do with this motherboard.
