okay so i have a thermaltake frio and an i5 760 cpu also i have a amd hd 7950 and i need to overclock my cpu to atleast 3.2 ghz but im scared of a few things.

i want better performance but at the same time i dont want to burn my cpu. right now its idle is 45 and the fans on the frio is on low
