Bad_Pool_Caller caused by BF4

Hello!

Recently after upgrading to windows 8.1 from 8. I have been having a few issues with Battlefield 4. And this issue is extremely annoying. Whenever the map is changing to a completely new map, if I am windowed I get a red screen and I have to restart my pc. And if I'm on the desktop my screen goes blue and I get the error 'bad_pool_caller'. This only allows me to play on one map servers, or quit the game and re-join. What should I do?

download driver fusion amd windows and latest 8.1 driver for your card.
uninstall your graphics driver and dont restart.
run the driver cleaner for your brand of card using driver fusioin then restart.
reinstall graphics driver.

is most likely a driver problem.

I'm not sure how to use the driver fusion program, can I have a little bit of help?

uninstall all the amd drivers and software in add remove programs but dont restart yet.
run driver fusion and select amd then clean and restart when prompted.
once restarted custom install the new amd beta driver 13-9.4 and only install the display and hdmi driver.

see if this helps.

Can you link me to the driver fusion website? I'm not sure if I have the right one. And do I have to pay for it? And do I use the software to delete every single file when I click on AMD?

I can't install the drivers... It just stays at one point when i try to install them, please help!
