Compatible motherboards for lcd

So I got a 4.3" lcd touch resistive (cheapest I could find, didn't need touch anyway) and I am looking for a motherboard that supports its 4 pin connector. Link to specs of lcd:http://www.buy-display.com/default/4-3-inch-4-wire-resisitve-touch-panel-screen.html

First off, that's not a screen, only a touch sensor. No LCD, though you could put one behind it.

Secondly, that's got no electronics. You'll need some kind of microcontroller. By memory there's a few tutorials about how to set up an Arduino for it floating around.

Where would I find a tutorial, and is there any motherboards for it that can connect that controller

You won't be able to connect it directly to a mobo though. Also, you can't display anything on it. It's a touch sensor not a touch screen.

I know, I'll get a screen for it and by mobo I mean a small one like the raspberry pi

Oh, OK. The raspberry Pi isn't really a motherboard; it's a full system.

Unfortunately, the RPi doesn't have any ADCs, so you'll need to add a separate one. Should be doable though.

You will need to do a fair bit of electronics work and programming though - those aren't built to be plug and play.
