Display driver has stopped working and has recover

i got this issue in my desktop 2 days ago until now. i dont know what is the cause of this problem. it just suddenly came and i cant move my cursor then the screen will goes black.
when it turn back to normal, a single warning pop in the taskbar "Display driver has stopped working and has recovered". it said it related to my graphic driver.
but since the problem happened, i've updated my driver to latest driver and still, the problem occur. please help me

If you have overclocked the GPU lower the overclock. If not then do a stress test ON the GPU to tell IF the issue is the GPU.

To do this, If you don't already have it, Download OCCT and run the GPU test with error checking ON. Let it run for 1 hour. If it does not error then most likely your GPU is good and it will be on to another issue that can cause this.

Many times this is caused by an OC being to high and unstable or the card dying. This is why I mentioned if your OCed remove it and try the OCCT test.

well, i've never oced this card since 2 months ago. never touched any oc device.

i stopped the test at 40 mins just now to see my email for another business. after that i try to run it again, then my screen goes black. so i restart the computer using the power button. there is nothing i can do with the black screen, then a solution tab pops up. it said i got a BSOD
