I'm in the process of building a custom gaming rig, and I'm getting a little stuck on finding the power draw of multiple EVGA GTX 760 Superclocked video cards in SLI. I am wanting to use the 4GB model in either 2-way or 3-way SLI for a more future-proof system.

While I can find the power draw of individual, non-superclocked versions of that card, I'm having a hard time finding the maximum power draw of the superclocked model in such a configuration, and was wondering if anyone here has access to that information.

Here is the current proposed system:

Case: NZXT Phantom ATX Full Tower
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z (AMD AM3+ socket)
Processor: AMD FX-8350 8-core Black Edition
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB, DDR3, 1600MHz)
Hard Drive: WD Blue 1TB, 7200 RPM
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SC, 4GB DDR5 (At least in 2-way SLI)
Optical Drive: Asus 24x DVD-RW SATA
Power Supply: Corsair Professional Series HX-1050 (1050W, 80 Plus Gold)

If this power supply isn't sufficient for 3-way SLI, can anyone recommend a power supply that can support this and is compatible with an ATX board? Thanks!

According to Evga's web site all of their GTX 760's draw 170w whether it's the 2gb model or the 4gb model , Super clocked or FTW. The 1050w power supply would be fine for 2-way SLI and 3-way SLI.

It would be a good idea to start your own thread and not come in on a thread asking about a different GPU. You would be getting better answers since this thread is coded as Solved and will not attract many to respond. Also it would be good to list your complete specs when asking a question.

Why not that's what this forum is all about , people making threads and asking questions.

There will not be a lot of people coming into this thread now that it's solved and that's the main reason to make a new thread.

I apologize, next time I want to ask a question I'll make a thread and won't disturb other's.
