What are the jumper settings to use ddr3 on a Asrock gt43twins mobo?. When I installed this originally it had 2x2gb ddr2 and now I am installing 2x4gb dd3. The manual only shows the jumper settings to make it dd2 compatible. Does anyone know the jumper settings to make it ddr3 compatible?

Most likely it is with the jumper removed since you need it for the DDR2.
