Approximate Purchase Date: January

Budget Range: 300-400 USD
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, watching anime, internet

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Not entirely sure, but I need a new PSU and graphics card, may need new CPU

Do you need to buy OS: No, have 64 W7 ultimate from programming class

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: have never bought PC parts, so I'm not sure what's the best

Location: NW Ohio

Parts Preferences: No preference

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: Don't really know much about this, but I googled it and it didn't seem like something I require unless I keep my CPU (it has integrated gfx)

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Want to play Skyrim/Minecraft in 1080 with a lot of mods and decent FPS (50+)

6GB DDR3 1333
ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated gfx
AMD Athlon II 645 3.1GHz dual core CPU
AMD 785G motherboard

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading:
Can somebody help me turn this into a gaming PC specifically for Skyrim/Minecraft and nothing else? Not worried about future proofing, just want pretty Skyrim w/ mods on 1080p :)

Bought my PS4, realized how good smooth 60FPS 1080p is, now want to play Skyrim again on my PC but with major overhauls

Any help appreciated :D

Thanks a lot:) I knew the graphics card was the issue, but I wasn't sure if I needed to go to quad core or what all I needed to change. I'm new to PC gaming (not even doing it yet lol) but have been programming for 3 years now.
