Im trying to decide which one of this builds would be better for me, I would be using this pc for gaming, nothing fancy. Would also use CAD softwares such as Solidworks and AutoCAD.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2crkK ] AMD build

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2crr3 ] Intel build

I was going to go the amd build at 1st, maybe upgrading to a 270x, but reading forums here, lot of people say I should give a chance to an Intel build, now I dont know what to do.

What are the cons and pros of this builds? Which one would work best for me?

Any advice is most welcome, thanks in advance

I just switched out the gpu for a cheaper, but stronger, gpu.
If you're working with CAD softwares, you should consider getting 2x8gb ram.
