Hello!
I had updated to Windows 8.1 a few weeks back. And have recently had an ongoing issue. Every time I load an app, including the windows store, It launches a gray screen and does nothing. Then if I click anywhere it takes the gray away and back to the metro menu. I've tried many things, rolling back the PC to a previous restore, A few commands in the command prompt to clear the windows store cache (which I knew before hand wasn't the issue.) Then tonight I have spent an hour searching for a solution with no luck. The only help I got from another forum was unhelpful remarks about switching to mac or windows 7. So I'm wondering if anyone here can help. I do NOT want to have to revert to an older version or reinstall windows unless necessary.
