I have been wanting to update to a better graphics card for gaming so I can actually play my games on my computer rather than having to use my boyfriend's, but the more I look at information regarding the requirements for updating, the more I feel like I have to update a bunch of other hardware as well. I don't know what information to include, but this is my computer:

http://h20566.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/kb/docDisplay/?sp4ts.oid=5080733&spf_p.tpst=kbDocDisplay&spf_p.prp_kbDocDisplay=wsrp-navigationalState%3DdocId%253Demr_na-c02863024-17%257CdocLocale%253D%257CcalledBy%253D&javax.portlet.begCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.endCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken

and my budget is preferably below $200 since anything I get I have to save for (grad school isn't exactly a moneymaking business). If I need to include any other information, I would be happy to, but I've never looked at trying to buy and replace a component in anything before, so I'm quite overwhelmed. CAN I even update my graphics card to something worthwhile?

Help?

you would need to measure the clearance for a GPU. How much space is there from the back of the case to the HDD tray. This is important cuz some GPUs are very long. So, you gotta open case and measure it yourself since website doesn't say which length GPUs are supported by this case.
