For those games, you can max them out with a R9-280x. You don't need a 780ti. Also, if you are thinking about getting 2 GPUs. Then you would want a better mobo and a much more reliable brand of PSU. That PSU you chose is low quality. XFX is made by Seasonic so it is tops. And this one is full modular. Lastly, SSD, 250GB is enough for all programs and games. 120GB is great but you might have to make compromises where you install some games.
