New build, is the power supply enough ?

Putting a new system together, my only concern is if the PSU is enough to handle the gtx 580, will be no or very light cpu overclocking.

No, it will be enough power for it, but I'd go with a different brand/line than that one. The Cx line is more of a budget line, and right now you can find better quality ones for under the 50 dollar mark. SeaSonic, Xfx, OCZ, PC Power and Cooling, Antec, and Corsair(non-cx line) would be my first choices.

Actually, that's a little bit much to be spending on the monitor. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-umvh6aa003 23" LCD, LED, and IPS, with a 5ms response time.

Yeah, the monitor will be swapped out as soon as I get it actually, thinking about upping it to a 27. As for the PSU, what about http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341018? 40 bucks after rebate, and a little extra room for upgrades in the future.

I don't usually recommend anything with less than a bronze certification on it, but as far as quality, that Psu is better than the 600w CX from corsair. It's also modular, so that's a nice bonus. I've owned 4 OCZ Psu's, and loved everyone of them.
