First try System File Checker
Winkey plus 'X'
Choose Command Prompt (Admin)
Type sfc /scannow then Enter

If that fails to find anything, Refresh your PC. At Start screen, type 'Refresh' and from Settings choose 'Refresh Your PC'

And if neither of the above work, edit your Registry as follows

Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, please visit the relevant the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base.

1/ Click Windows key + R, type regedit, press enter and confirm the UAC dialog.

2/ Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (by clicking on the little arrow to its left)
3/ Open SOFTWARE

4/ Open Microsoft

5/ Click on a key named Ole and delete it

6/ Restart your system.

7/ Open regedit, navigate back and check if a blank key named Ole has been recreated.

8/ If so, restart your PC once again. If the key is missing, create a blank Ole key (right click in the Microsoft node -> New -> Key) and perform a restart.

9/ After the restart, the problem should be resolved.
