I just bought a Kingston Digital 120GB SSDNow V300 SATA 3 2.5 (7mm height) with Adapter Solid State Drive 2.5-Inch SV300S37A/120G.
Can i just install the games on the ssd and have their load times much faster and keep windows on my other hard drive or do i have to install windows on the ssd as well to make the games load much faster

Solution
Installing your OS on the SSD would be a better option but you can just install your game on it and the games will load straight into RAM from your SSD which will result in games loading more quickly.

i think that it's better to put the os on the ssd but i would not put the games in the ssd because it will not work after a good amount of time and i don't want to lose my game saves
it's up to you if you want everything to be faster for a short amount of time you should put the os and the games you want in the ssd

Rubbish the games will carry on working its not just going to stop working. Plus most save games are stored on your Main C:\ Drive with your OS.
