That motherboard has an old 760g socket, the FX 8320 will throttle or fail on that motherboard. 970 or 990 socket is the best choice for the piledriver/vishera FX's. You can go with Asus M5A97 Rev 2.0., Asus M5A97Evo, or Asus M5A99FXEvo.
