First make sure you have a genuine XP serial (usually on side of your case on a sticker) and you will need to get a copy of windows XP. Change boot order in bios to boot from dvd drive and boot with the windows disk in the drive. Follow on screen prompts to install windows. When done re install and drivers for your machine.

Don't reinstall - fix. Put the XP CD in and select Repair whe the options show up. When prompted which system you want to repair, typ[e the number 1 and press Enter. At the Command Prompt type sfc /scannow (including the space) and let the system file checker finds what's missing or corrupt and repair it.
