Is that US Dollars, Canadian...Australian?
If those are the only parts you need to purchase within the $500-600 budget we can get you something much better and stay well under the 600 maximum.

Did you get these parts already? a better CPU, GPU and 4GB more RAM would do wonders for your system

In its current state, the 4130 is an okay CPU at best, and the GTX 650 is an entry level card for gaming at medium settings

On the CPU side, the FX 6300 (or 6350) would be a good starting point, some have talked about 760G boards throttling with higher up CPUs so the 6300 is the best recommendation for now, it'd be recommended that you go for a 970 or 990FX board for a higher up CPU like the 8320/8350

You could consider a decent cooler for it such as the Xigmatek GAIA or the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO

In terms of the GPU you could at the very least step up to a 650 Ti Boost/7850

This 7870 is also a pretty nice deal right now and should be fine for gaming at high-very high settings in most games (today and upcoming)

If my math is right that's about $515 US.
A better CPU cooler would be nice, but not essential: add <>$40
You could increase the graphics spend and push it towards $200 that would greatly increase the systems gaming potential and give you access to cards like the R9 270X/HD7870GHz Edition and GTX660. Depending on which you go for it'll be a bit under or a bit over your $600 ceiling.
