Water Cooler Under $100

Hi i want to know if is should use water cooling for my first build. Im worried how reliable water cooling is (like if it will leak or something). If so what cooler should i get for under $100. My case does not have fans coming from the top of it. Can i replace the fan that draws warm air from the back with a water cooler. I was thinking of using the Corsair H60 but it if there was anything cheaper im happy to know. But if its frlo the better im happy to use air cooling.

The corsair h60 and h80 are veeeeeeeeeeery good and efficient.All pre-made watercoolers have the liquid already inside the cooler.There is no chance of leak unless you make it bend or something.
