Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£49.00 @ Ebuyer)

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (Black/Orange) ATX Mid Tower Case (£80.89 @ Scan.co.uk)
Power Supply: Fractal Design Integra R2 750W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£63.44 @ Dabs)
But I need help to choose a good cooler. I will be overclocking my cpu to about 4 ghz and maybe more later on.
My budget is about £50 since I think you can get a good one at that price if I am right.
Also, one more question. Can you use more than 1 fan? (eg. have multiple fans from different companies or do they have to be the same one, and are multiple fans effective?)
