I have problems with drivers since i installed windows 8.1

On windows 8 i had no problems but when i installed win 8.1 it says something about display drivers in photoshop (just first time i installed it) and always in mirillis action when i switch to desktop capture and it keeps popping errors (in mirillis) and the screen flashes and then i have to restart my PC since i can't do anything. I would install older drivers but these are only ones that support windows 8 since my GPU is old (HD4730)

try open broadcaster to stream photoshop.

another option is to grab driver fusion.
uninstall current driver and dont restart.
run driver fusion amd driver cleaner then restart when prompted.
reinstall latest driver once restarted.

It can be driver remnants causing problems which is why you run driver fusion to clear any remnants that can cause problems

Uninstall and driver and don't restart then run driver fusion and run the and cleaner and restart when prompted.
Install driver when restarted.

after doing so my drivers don't work anymore at all it's like i haven't installed them at all. i'm getting bad resolution and it doesn't recognize my GPU anymore at all, it did before. i also tried running installation as administrator but same thing happends

I already did that 4 times but i always don't get my resolution and it doesn't recognize my GPU in screen resolution>advanced settings

Are you downloading the drivers to DriverFusion, or are you manually downloading and installing them from AMD's website?:
