Hi guys, I want to make sure that this build works to be a high end PC. This is my first build and I want it to be very good for gaming. Is this compatible and/or very good for gaming?

CPU: Intel i7 4770k
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
GPU (Graphics Card): NVIDIA Geforce GTX 780
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 750 Watts
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb (8x2)
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black 2 TB SATA III 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Internal Desktop Hard Drive
SSD: (Do I need Two of these?) Samsung Electronics MZ-7PD128BW 840 Pro Series 2.5-Inch 128GB SATA 6Gbps Solid State Drive
OS: Windows 8.1 OEM 64-bit
Optical Drive: Asus 24x DVD-RW Serial-ATA Internal OEM Optical Drive DRW-24B1ST (Black)
Motherboard: Asus Z87 PRO LGA 1150 Motherboard

Do I have all of the parts required? Do I need two SSDs? If you know any of the answers please respond.

Heya!
Firstly, you dont need any SSD and your case might not support 3 Hardrives, an SSD is purely optional :)
Your RAM is the top end of the market, although 8GB is plenty, Corsair Vengeance is the best, Good choice!
HDD is absolutely fine.
Your GPU is extremely expensive and you can find one for a tenth of that price for just as good quality!
CPU cooler is fine!
CPU is fantastic
Power supply i would recommend you went to a higher wattage, maybe 850W
Motherboard is good, but Gigabyte is cheaper and just as good!
You need at least 2 case fans, 3 is recommended.
You will need a wired/wireless internet router, either USB or PCIe

here is my build, it's £600 or $800. It will last 4 years and most games on highest performance!

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (£146.52 @ Amazon UK)
CPU Cooler: Xigmatek EP-CD903 61.2 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£16.24 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£66.88 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory (£53.49 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Western Digital RE3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£37.00 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 650 2GB Video Card (£89.98 @ Amazon UK)
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter (£25.98 @ Amazon UK)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case (£47.98 @ Amazon UK)
Case Fan: Cooler Master R4-L2R-20AC-GP 69.0 CFM 120mm Fan (£5.97 @ Amazon UK)
Case Fan: Cooler Master R4-L2R-20AC-GP 69.0 CFM 120mm Fan (£5.97 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: XFX 850W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£79.99 @ Amazon UK)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer (£17.35 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £593.35

If you wish, i will put together your parts on a digital components list allowing you to see compatibility, and i will try and make it cheaper and more powerful for you?

Thats a very good build.
You dont need 2 ssd's if you were to get 2 you would raid 0 them which makes them faster but if one fails you loose everything.
You have everything you need however
Since you are just gonna game change the cpu to the 4670k since the 4770k does not add anything to gaming.
I would recommend changing the case also. Just link me one and ill tell you if its good.

The only things you really need to check to see if the parts are compatible:
Do the cpu and motherboard fit together (in this case they do)
Does the ram fit the motherboard (it usually just has to be ddr3 these days)
Does your psu have enough power for the system (in my opinion 500-600W should be fine in this case, also i would recommend buying an 80+ certified psu)

Everything else you can pretty much choose freely. Basically everything is compatible with eachother except cpu and mobo.

The CPU and the Mobo are compatible. The PSU is 80+ certified.
