my GPU is R9270X
CPU i5 4670
RAM 4gb x 2 corsair venegence
i am getting only 30 fps on avg at 1080p,
do i need to increase my ram???

Solution
set the MSAA on 2X , it should help a bit...
if you change settings from ultra to high you will be able to play smoothly in full-hd resolution
and you will hardly notice the difference in image quality during gaming...
if you are playing on ultra settings the results are perfectly normal for your card...
it´s midrange gpu so skip to "high" for smooth gameplay experience...
if you already have 8gb of memory more ram is not gonna help...
you may try to overclock your video card to get a little more extra performance out of it...
(but it would be only few fps more , also make sure you have the latest drivers)...

I am playing with settings set by AMD Gaming Experience, most of the options are set to ultra, 4xMSAA, etc...
If I set resolution to 720p, than fps goes to 50+ like 50,56.....
