Once I upgrade my PC could I play games such as Dayz, Skyrim, Borderlands 2 at medium/high settings at 720p and get 30+ constant FPS while recording with Fraps? If so what about if I add in DLC to Skyirm and Boderlands 2, would I still get a constant 30+ FPS while recording with Fraps?

Once I upgrade my PC my specs will be:

AMD A8-5500
Asus Radeon HD 7750
6 GB Ram

The APU came with my prebuilt PC I'm just adding a 7750 lol

Yes you can.
But,
If you've planned to buy a Dedicated GPU then why are you buying APU ?
APUs are just combined CPU and GPU.
this is one of the reason why APUs are relatively slower than CPU.
you can use HD 7750 with an CPU and it will perform very well rather than APU + HD 7750.
