I'm looking to buy a motherboard and found out these two motherboards that would be suitable for AMD 6300 cpu so basically a cheap but quality am3+ motherboard.

I found out these two motherboards.

Also would either of these motherboards support 400 MHz ram speed since i plan to only change motherboard and cpu.

I only want to spend around £50 on a motherboard. Has to be micro atx size since current motherboard is that size.

i got 2x ram stick with 2 gb each so 4 total. On cpu-z, it says that it's ddr2 and 400 MHz.
current cpu is amd athlox 64x2 5000+
Graphics card is Nvidia 450 gts
I got an old motherboard that is from 2008/2007.

you will have to replace your RAM cuz there are no AM3+ mobos that support ddr2.
