<joke> MACs don't get viruses </joke>

OK, fun aside, Norton, Comodo, Avira and Avast all have antivirus solutions for macs...
Dunno which is better, but they do exist and they are free...
Also, Kaspersky had an iOS antivirus, but that one costs about $10...

The best one have ever used is the one that's already included with OS X.

Yes Sophos is free and it is good to use. I have it for over 1 1/2 years and no problems ever with it.

I've used Avast Free on my hackintosh with pretty good results. The boot-time heuristics scan is a pretty nice function as well. MacOS is pretty well locked up, but the biggest weaknesses are independent apps and email vulnerabilities. Look for email scanning.
