I have recently reinstalled my Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. As soon as I get my my BitDefender Internet Security 2013 back up and running it tells me I a root kit that is affecting 17 or so items. I told the AV to take ''proper action'' but when I scanned again it was back, it hadnt gotten rid of the problem. I honestly have no idea how I got it. All Ive done so far is reinstall all my old games and programs. The only thing I can think of would be the old USB I used to back up some pictures I have. But I did a scan on a different computer of the USB before I put it in my machine and it came up clean. Not even Malware-bytes can find anything.
