Just installed a gigabyte mb 990fxa-ud3 ver3 bios FC with an amd fx6300 cpu but like wow the northbridge gets so hot it actually burns your finger if you touch it.Anyone else come across this?Is there a bios problem.The complete build is as above with 8gb gskill ares 1866ram(only runs at 1600?)seasonic m12 750w bronze psu. 120gb samsung pro ssd.Powercolor HD7870 OC 2Gb DDR5 and corsair h110 water cooling.possible conflict with something?
