Power Supply Replacement Question

I have a Gateway/Acer Gateway ZX4951-33E. I want to replace the power supply which has been discontinued. I do not want to replace with the original one as shown at the following link because it is not very quiet. I have heard there are external USB power supplies. Can someone give me suggestions on purchasing a replacement that will do the job? Greatly Appreciated!

Could you get rough dimensions for your power supply? After looking through newegg i have no idea what form factor that is, it is kinda close to TFX but they are taller, and it is kind close to some of the mini-itx units but they are shorter, actual dimensions would help in narrowing down the form factor greatly.
