What could be the problem? Yesterday my PC worked perfectly, this morning when i turned it on it took like 15 minutes to start up. Then the games i have been playing normally freeze after 5 mins playing. I also tried to install Chrome and it took about 20 minutes. Nothing is like it was. I tried to make System Restore, but there was no restore point because the computer is freshly formatted.
Configuration:
RAM -3GB
Processor -Intel Pentium Dual CPU 2.20 GHz
Graphic - nVidia GeForce 8600 ddr 3 (512)

My first guess would also be the hard drive is failing however you would be foolish to replace it without running any diagnostics first.

- Click Start button/orb
- Type cmd in the search bar
- Once it is found, right-click and select Run as Administrator
- Command prompt window should open. Now type the following command followed by pressing enter.
chkdsk /r c:
- When prompted to schedule a disk check on next restart type Y and press enter.

Now restart the computer and it should start checking the hard drive and file-system for errors. This can sometimes take a few hours to complete. We can view the report later but keep an eye out for anything such as "Windows replaced bad clusters in ..." More than a couple of these are a clear sign the drive is failing.

PS
If the CHKDSK doesn't begin after a restart just repeat the steps. Sometimes it needs to be done twice before taking effect.

Okay, i will try this. But nothing will go wrong right? :)
However i checked the hard disk with tune up and it didn't find any errors.

Nope I have never seen a CHKDSK break anything however it is always a good idea to have a recent backup before trying to repair anything.

If a full HD Tune scan didn't find any errors the chances are your hard drive is fine. I would still run a CHKDSK for the file system repairs though.

Have you looked in task manager while the computer is running? Are the CPU/Memory usage nearing 100% or just a usual levels?

I made the scan, it took 20 hours! :D
After the scan, it said something like "Checking system file C. - The volume is clean".
CPU usage is cool, 0-12 %.
