GTX 760 or HD 7950 oc?

Hi guys , i'm new to this forum and here's my first question ever asked.

i was planning to buy a new graphic card since mine one was pretty older.
so a GTX 760 and a HD 7950 OC , Which one is better?

AMD 7950 has these advantages:
3GB vs 2GB
240GB/s vs 192.3GB/s memory bandwidth
3,046 GFLOPS vs 2,258 GFLOPS
1,792 vs 1,152 Shading Units
384bit vs 256bit memory bus
112 vs 96 Texture mapping units

- AMD 7950 is generally a little cheaper than Nvidia 760. Sometimes as much as $40 cheaper.
- Also, if you play Battlefield 4 DICE is coming out with a low level API called Mantle that uses AMD's Core Next architecture and is expected to be 9x faster that current DX 10/11 performance.

I have a 7950 and I would not change it for the world - well maybe a 7990.

But i heard Nvidia cards have physx and much more stuffs than AMD cards?
