Whats the difference between these two graphics card

So, I was researching whether I should get a sapphire 270x or the MSI 270x and I came across the sapphire website and I started to look and I found these two graphic cards http://shop.amd.com/us/Manufacturer/Sapphire/Detail/GraphicCard/100364L?SearchFacets=category%3AGraphic%20Card#Details

One is a 270x and the other is a 280x but I thought 280x was supposed to be better but it is cheaper, what's the catch?

Its strange, but if you press that shop link on a "280X" page, you will se a R9 270.

Its an error, if you click on the superbiiz link to buy it, it pulls up a MSI 270.

either the 280x is on a hell of a sale or it's a misspell... normal price is around 250-300-ish

if the msi is reference design then pick the sapphire. the custom cooler should be better.
