I have a EVGA GTX 550Ti 2gb video card from when i upgraded his old computer, now i want to use it in a new computer. I havent been able to find anything by myself.
I want to spend less than 300$ on the build.
Please help i imagine this is a hard task.

Assuming you don't need to buy an OS, my humble suggestion:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($89.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($52.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Fractal Design Core 1000 USB 3.0 MicroATX Mid Tower Case ($23.99 @ Microcenter)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($21.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($14.99 @ Newegg)

Total: $303.93
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

If you'd like it strictly under $300, you could swap out the case for this one (the fractal case is very nice, though):
Rosewill FB-04 ATX Mid Tower Case ($14.99 @ Newegg)
