I really want to always have 80+ fps in bf4 on ultra. Currently I'm getting 50-70 depending on the map and amount of players. I realize that I don't have the most upgrade-friendly build out there but I would really like some help. I have also heard that unparking cpu cores can help quite a bit in windows 7, is this true? Thanks :)

I would also like to add that my cpu and gpu are always running at 100% when playing bf4... so I'm not sure if I would need to upgrade both to see a difference.
