So judging by these two charts:
The cheapest way is a EVGA 01G-P3-2632-KR GeForce GT 630 1GB GDDR5 at $64.99.
An AMD Alternative is a PowerColor AX7750 1GBD5-DH Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 at $84.99.
Both of them don't want a PCI-E molex and should be able to run at your system just fine, since you already had an HD6450 running.
