I'm trying to put together my first computer from scratch and I want to know if this setup will work well or if there is room for improvement. I already have a good $100 case that will fit all of this fine.

I don't see your build. Make it public.

I just fixed it, you can check it out now. Newegg isn't updating my thing as public so I just took a screenshot.

One tip, go with a processor ending with K , that means it's easy to overlock, other than that you are good to go

There are a few things I think that I think you could improve. I don't think you need that expensive motherboard (not that it is bad one). Do you plan on going SLI? If not, you don't need 850w PSU.

You missed out on the Samsung Evo Black Friday deal. I just bought one myself for $149.99 at Amazon.

Yea I would go with a Extreme 4 mobo, you can swap the ram for $50 G.Skill Sniper series and also change the CD/DVD drive to Asus.

I heard that my graphics card was recommended to have at least 600w and I was looking at Newegg and the 850w is on sale for less than the 750w PSU so I figured it wouldn't hurt to have the extra wattage if I wanted to add on additional things later.

Just wondering, why do you recommend the sniper series? Also thanks for the info!

The price is the best with that ram for 8gb right now. Also you could save some money if you don't mind ordering from different websites and using this website below:
