Non, sorry to break you the news but with 350$ you can't play any of the games you specified on ultra settings, but you can play them at high settings, or lower if you aim at constant 60 fps, if you want ultra graphics then aim at 450$ or 550$, for Gpu only, on other option is to go with consoles they give the best price/performance ratio, but don't expect them to better than a PC, of course a 1000$-1500$ PC.

HiIm looking for some new graphic card. I wonder what is the best graphic for around 300$-350$,
so it can run new games like Battlefield 4, Watch dogs.... on max settings.
What is the full build.
For that price you can max games!
GTX770.
R9 280x
maybe on a sale R9 290
This guy has no idea what he is talking about.
Consoles dont play the game near maxed or at 1080p so would not be even close.

the 280X and the GTX 770 are similar in performance trading blows with the 280X slightly cheaper but most of them are out of stock so here is a 770:
GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-2GD $334.99
GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-2GD $334.99

Hey,
Since you're going to play BF and Watchdogs on maxium, I recommend a AMD card since those games are beter optimised for AMD, and the AMD cards will use mantle in the future, making your experience even smoother.
For 300-350 Dollars, I recommend buying one of these 4 cards:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

The r9 280x Sapphire Toxic one is the best card out of these 4. It does cost a little bit over 350 so if you're willing to go a little bit over your budget get that one.
The Asus card has good OC potential as it's stock clocks are a bit higher. It has great cooling, but it runs the warmest out of the 4.
The HIS and Sapphire Dual-X have the best cooling. The HIS model is very slightly beter at cooling, but very slightly worse at performance (we're talking about a very very small difference in stock speed clocks etc). The HIS version is also reported at being very silent when under load.
Overall, I would recommend geting either the Toxic version of the r9 280x for the maxium performance, or the HIS/Sappihire versions for the best cooling.
Hope this helps^^

Now that i see the whole system will max on most games.
There will be big bottlenecks
can your psu handle these cards?

Hello,
Yes I have seen that they're out of stock. The OP didn't mention that he should get the build fast. And usually, the stocks at newegg fill pretty fast.

actually they have been out of stock since a week after release - a month ago . . .
Well, that is not an issue either. There are propably other shops where he can order them. Or, then he waits for Christmas. I'm pretty sure that there will be new ones before Christmas arrives.
As for his complete build, he has to upgrade plenty of stuff. His ram, processor almost everything.
A 500W PSU is not enough to power this card and other components.
Hope this helps^^

There will be bottle necks so not max in alot of games.
Whats the psu?
you're doing a good job of that . .
i wanna argue about cards not being in stock - and how silly it is to recommend them.

True
He needs to upgrade pretty much everything before buying a good gpu.

he didn't say ANYTHING about waiting or christmas - if the cards have been out of stock for ~month then it is not likely they will be stocked in a few weeks. AMD partners has been letting their cheaper cards run out but re-stocking the more expensive ones.

If you think that's arguing, you haven't seen how it's done properly.
I think it's a bit silly to start this kind of comment chain in a thread anyway so I'm done from my part.

First of all, I have r9 280x I CANT RUN BF4 on ultra settings so this is said with EXPERIENCE, I have a PC build better than his and CANT RUN ON ULTRA WITH 1080P, also don't twist my words I didn't say consoles can run on ultra READ BEFORE YOU COMMENT I said best price/performance ratio, I even said that consoles can't run on ultra. Lesson from this THINK BEFORE YOU ACT.
