Would an AMD A10-6800k work with this motherboard as an upgrade?

I was concerned because the HP website doesn't list it as compatible, however my motherboard is different than the one they picture for my computer. I've seen some people say they could get a 6800k to work, however i am concerned that it would throttle or not boot because the bios dont support it. the HP motherboard that i have looks (However HP claims its the other one) like the newer JamineR MOBO.http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03757575&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en
