BIOSTAR A960D+ AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

MSI N660 Gaming 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card

Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model TLD38G1600HC9DC01

AMD FX-6350 Vishera 3.9GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6350FRHKBOX

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - OEM

Will be using my own HD - don't think it matters much for gameplay, I can deal with load times so no SSD. I don't want to stray to far from the Hardware listed above.

I welcome your opinions. Thank you.

You should be able to play at medium system specs and high texture with SMAA x 1... at the very least if your display is 1920x1080.

Do you think it would be worth it to spend the extra $80 and get the FX-9370 over the FX-6350?

No, but it may be worth it to get the FX-8350. Right now, the FX-9370 is too high priced for its capabilities. But the FX-6300 is a very good gaming 6 core. Easy to O/C and can easily keep up with the GTX 660.
