Motivation: Bought 55" 1080p LED TV and tried Roku, Raspberry Pi, Google Chromecast. Satisfied with none. Newly found confidence to satisfy 10 year old itch of building own system.
Purchase: Immediately
Budget: 300 after shipping, without rebates
Usage: HTPC, xbmc, streaming, Occasional browsing
Monitor: No
Upgrade: None
OS: None
Sites: Amazon, Newegg
Location: Charlotte, NC, USA
Parts Pref: None
Overclocking, SLI/Crossfire: No
Monitor res: 1920X1080
Comments: USB 3.0, Good looking case (black, size doesn't matter) preferred. Already own a Logitech K400. No preference for wifi.
Below is a build I created. I am not sure if the parts sync together well. Am I missing something? Please suggest changes. Also, should I buy extra cables or thermal paste?
