Which Laptop is better (for medium gaming)?

Hello all, i need pro's help to decide which laptop is better - (first) Intel Core i5-3337 1.8 GHz (up to 2,7ghz)/ 6Gb DDR3 1600Mhz / GeForce GT740 2Gb or (second)Intel Core i5-3230M AMD 2.6 GHz (up to 3,2Ghz)| 8GB DDR3 | AMD Radeon HD 8670M 2gb. Please help me.

The CPU is better on the 2nd laptop, but the GPU is better on the 1st laptop.
If you want to do gaming, you should focus more on GPU power, so the 1st laptop is better. And also the performance difference of 3230 and 3337 isn't very much, so it's definitely 1st laptop.
